Privacy policy
This page explains what personal information we collect, why we need it and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property to be surveyed. If you book, we also hold payment records and the report itself.
Why we need it
To quote for the survey, arrange access with the agent or seller, carry out the inspection, write your report and answer your questions afterwards.
Who we share it with
The estate agent or seller for access arrangements only, and our payment provider. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Survey reports and related records are kept for 15 years, in line with professional and insurance requirements. Quote enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
