What affects the price
Size and value
Bigger, more valuable houses take longer to inspect and produce longer reports, so the fee follows the value band.
Location
Prices are the same across our coverage area. On rare occasions a travel supplement applies, and you see it before booking.
Listed status
Listed, timber-framed and unusual construction is priced individually, because the inspection and the report both take longer.
