Buying a house is the largest purchase most people make, usually on the least information. A survey is the one point in the process where somebody looks at the building on your behalf and tells you the truth about it.
How we work
Fixed prices
The fee is set by the value of the house and confirmed before you book. Nothing is added afterwards.
Plain English
Every technical term is translated on the spot. If a sentence needs a second reading, we rewrite it.
A call, always
Every report comes with a 15-minute call, because the questions arrive after you have read it.
